With a passion for redefining how property management is done in Perth, Daria founded Local Property Partners to deliver the kind of service she long wished existed, transparent, intelligent, and genuinely caring.

Daria’s approach blends sharp market insight with a personal, detail-driven style, ensuring every property is not only well managed but strategically positioned for long-term growth. She cares deeply about changing the standards and stereotypes of property management, creating a model where landlords and tenants are both respected and supported.
